As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented General Manager to lead one of our restaurants and uphold our commitment to excellence.Position Summary:The General Manager is responsible for leading all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, developing a strong team, delivering memorable guest experiences, and achieving financial goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive and inspiring leader with a passion for hospitality and a strong sense of accountability.Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Culture:Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team aligned with JTR’s service standards and values.Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Lead by example with integrity, empathy, and professionalism.Guest Experience:Ensure every guest receives genuine hospitality and a consistently excellent experience.Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback.Promote guest engagement, loyalty, and return visits.Operations Management:Oversee daily operations including service execution, cleanliness, scheduling, and shift flow.Enforce compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.Coordinate closely with culinary leadership to ensure menu quality and execution.Profitability & Performance:Manage controllables and labor to meet or exceed budget targets.Drive revenue through private dining bookings, community partnerships, and local promotions.Monitor and analyze KPIs to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For:Prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.Financial acumen including budget management, cost control, and an eye for profitability.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.A passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest moments.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based bonus potential.Health insurance and employee dining discounts.Opportunities for professional development and growth across JTR concepts.A values-driven culture where your voice and leadership make a difference.
