Your Role: The Face of Kurz on the Road and in the Warehouse As a Warehouse & Local Delivery Associate, you are more than a driver - you are a trusted representative of Kurz. You'll ensure our customers receive their orders accurately, safely, and with exceptional service. What You'll Do Safely load and secure materials for delivery Deliver and pick up products from customer locations (local routes - home daily) Provide friendly, professional service at every customer interaction Complete delivery documentation and process transactions in NetSuite Assist with order picking and packing in the warehouse Maintain delivery vehicles in safe operating condition Support warehouse organization, housekeeping, and inventory tasks Assist with special projects such as cycle counts and vendor receipts What Makes You a Great Fit Valid, clean driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented with a focus on safety Team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus What Success Looks Like Customers consistently have a positive, professional experience Deliveries are accurate, timely, and handled with care Safety is always a priority - for you, your team, and our customers You live out Kurz's core values in daily interactions You bring an open mindset and support continuous improvement Why Join Kurz?
