What You'll DoManage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projectsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelMaintain project schedules and ensure milestones are metMonitor workmanship, quality control, and jobsite safetyConduct subcontractor meetings and daily jobsite coordinationReview plans, specifications, and project documentsWork closely with Project Managers and ownership to keep projects on trackIdentify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budgetMaintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsiteCommunicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project teamsWhat We're Looking For2-5 years of commercial construction experiencePrevious experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or strong Field SupervisorAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong understanding of commercial construction processesExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to coordinate multiple trades and prioritiesStrong commitment to safety and qualityProcore or similar construction software experience is a plusWhy Consider This Opportunity?
