As a Catering Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of catering operations by assisting with food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Assist with routine food preparation and serving for all catering events on campus. Support the delivery of catered meals and/or items to specified buildings, including set up and take down of catering events. Assist in maintaining the dishwasher and dish return area, ensuring cleanliness and functionality. Operate various kitchen equipment and cleaning tools to maintain a high standard of hygiene. Collaborate with the team to maintain required safety and health standards in the catering department. Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement in processes and functions. Performs other duties as required or assigned.
