Accounting ManagerLocation: Moorestown, NJ (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Compensation:Base Salary: Targeting ~$125K (flexible up to ~$135–140K for the right candidate) Bonus: Eligible (discretionary) Benefits include: competitive medical, dental, vision Company Overview We are the U.S. arm of a well-established, international distribution company with operations across the UK, Australia, and multiple global markets. The company generates approximately with 200 employees worldwideThis role offers the opportunity to take ownership of finance operations for the U.S. business while working closely with international leadership. Position OverviewThis is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and operational finance for the U.S. entity. The position reports to the global CFO and plays a key role in process improvement, financial analytics, and cross-functional partnership. You will manage a small accounting team, work closely with sales and operations, and act as the primary financial liaison with external partners and international stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the month end close process and general day to day accounting functions.
