Utilities Foreman

Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of construction experience. * Strong background in underground/site utilities, heavy civil, or sitework construction. * Previous experience supervising and coordinating construction crews. * Ability to read construction plans and drawings. * Experience with utility-related equipment and operations. * Strong understanding of safety, quality, and production requirements. * Valid driver's license. * Fluent English required for safety and contractual communication. * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform the physical requirements of heavy civil construction.
