Maintenance Tech
Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a skilled Maintenance Tech, to complete troubleshooting and repair of electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotic welding equipment. This position will support the manufacturing operations by performing preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs as needed.What you will be doing:Troubleshooting and repair of basic electrical circuitsTroubleshooting and repair of electric motors and drivesTroubleshooting and repair or replace hydraulic pumps, valves and solenoids.Welding of damaged equipment and fabrication of equipmentMust adhere to all lock out tag out proceduresMust complete work orders via CMMS software and maintenance utilization of 75%Manipulation of robots and robotic programmingAbility to train other in these disciplines. The skills and experience you need:Technical training and certification preferredCompletion of Mechatronics Certification or experience with the following: Mechanical DrivesElectrical Drives and ControlsProgrammable logic controllersMinimum of 12 months in a Maintenance Tech Level 1 position.Experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronics.Robotics programming and troubleshooting.Must have own tools including sockets and wrenches up to 1” and 25mmMust have digital Multi-Meter.We are the ASSA ABLOY GroupOur people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
