What You’ll Do Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with discipline-specific standards and facility expectations.Evaluate, treat, document, and help patients/residents improve function, independence, safety, communication, mobility, and quality of life.Collaborate with rehab leadership, nursing, facility teams, families, and care partners.Step into the assignment with professionalism, flexibility, and a patient-centered approach. What We’re Looking For Active or eligible WI license for Physical Therapist / PT.Prior SNF, LTC, assisted living, or post-acute experience preferred / New Grad AcceptableTravel experience preferred but not required for the right clinician.Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.Ability to start quickly and complete required onboarding before assignment start.
