We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and self driven individual with mechanical or industrial piping experience to join the team.Responsibilities• Answer incoming calls• Process customer orders over the phone• Provide status updates on existing orders• Prepare quotations and bids• Enter information into internal systems• Purchase non stock items and manage backorders• Coordinate sales orders between teams• Deliver professional customer service to all customersRequirements• High school diploma or equivalent preferred• One to two years of related experience or equivalent training preferred• Demonstrated experience with mechanical or industrial piping applications• Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast paced environment• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
