Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (Python) Company: Generic Solutions Inc. Location: Mount Arlington, NJ (Hybrid – Onsite 2x weekly required) Employment Type: Contract Salary: $50–$55/hour (C2C max: $55/hour) Duration: 6 months initial contract (extension evaluated against launch progress)About the Role Generic Solutions Inc. is seeking a mid-to-senior level Full Stack Engineer (Level II-III) for a 6-month contract capacity to help build and test capacity for EngagePro. This role is explicitly hybrid and requires the candidate to be a functional full-stack engineer with strong test engineering capabilities.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeliver features end-to-end on EngagePro’s modern, AI-first stack: React front end, FastAPI services, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB persistence.Build the automated test foundation for product launch, including unit, API, integration, and end-to-end coverage to ensure safe and rapid shipping.Contribute to AI-in-product integration patterns as a core part of EngagePro’s value.Ensure clean pipelines, feature flags, strong observability, and changes that are safe to ship, supporting the full-time pod lead in production operations.Job QualificationsExperience: 4–7 years of full-stack engineering on production SaaS.Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in React and Python/FastAPI with PostgreSQL. MongoDB experience is a plus.Testing: Genuine test-engineering depth required, including pytest, Playwright, API and integration testing, and test design. This is a weighted requirement.AI-Assisted Development: Fluency in AI-assisted development is required.Preferred: Experience launching a net-new SaaS product and life-sciences exposure.Working Model & RequirementsVisa Status: USC or EADs Only.Interview Process: 2 rounds of interviews, including a final ONSITE and coding exercise.Travel: 10% travel required.Work Mode: AI-assisted development is the standard working mode. Contractors do not hold production access; deployments and production operations are paired through the full-time pod lead.EducationBachelor of Science in Computer Science.Physical RequirementsExerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.Close visual acuity required for preparing and analyzing data/figures, transcribing, viewing computer screens, and extensive reading.Ability to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.Ability to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.
