We are looking for Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow solution design and delivery across multiple business domains.Location: Remote from European UnionStart: end of May 2026Language: English onlyContract type: B2B only Key Requirements:• Strong ServiceNow architecture experience across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and SPM• Hands-on expertise with UI Builder, App Engine, and custom application development• Experience designing scalable custom data models and enterprise integrations• Ability to lead Design Authority sessions and define technical governance/standards• Experience mentoring technical teams and collaborating with enterprise stakeholders• Exposure to AI / GenAI capabilities within ServiceNow is highly desirableWe’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical leadership and enjoys driving transformation within complex enterprise environments.
