Quadient Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an Quadient Engineer for a Contract with a client in Newark, NJ. Candidate must have the ability to design, configure, and develop Quadient applications while supporting end‐to‐end communication solutions.Rate Range: $60/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Quadient Engineer job responsibilities include:* Designs and develops Quadient Inspire communications while ensuring solutions meet business and customer experience needs.* Configures and supports Quadient applications, including Interactive and ICM components.* Collaborates with product owners using agile methodologies to gather requirements and deliver effective communication outputs.* Supports QA, UAT, and performance testing efforts and performs production technical checkouts.* Troubleshoots and resolves production incidents promptly to ensure stable and reliable communication processes.* Guides business content authors in using Quadient Ticketing and ensuring ADA‐compliant correspondence creation.Required Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.* 8-10 years of hands‐on experience with Quadient Inspire and related communication platforms.* Strong capability in designing and developing customer communications using Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and ICM.* Proven ability to create ADA‐compliant correspondences and support production incident resolution across integrated systems.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
