Our culture is fast-paced and ambitious, yet supportive and grounded in the belief that when our people grow, our company grows too.Job OverviewThe Director of Creative Services supports and partners with the Chief Creative Officer in leading creative strategy and execution across the agency. This role is ideal for an experienced creative leader with a proven agency track record who can oversee campaigns holistically, manage complex projects independently, and lead multidisciplinary teams managing the day-to-day details.This position supports an integrated marketing agency with brand, film, and merchandise divisions, and plays a key role in ensuring creative work is aligned, on-strategy, and delivered at a high level.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & DirectionPartner with executive leadership to define and execute creative strategy aligned with brand and business goalsEnsure consistency and quality across all creative outputs and marketing channelsLead the development of integrated, multi-channel campaigns from concept through deliveryMaintain awareness of industry trends and drive innovation in creative approachCampaign & Project LeadershipOversee end-to-end execution of complex creative projects across digital, print, and productionManage timelines, budgets, resources, and overall project deliveryLead project kickoffs, align teams on scope and objectives, and ensure successful executionIdentify risks, solve production challenges, and drive process improvements for efficiency and scalabilityTeam Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary creative teamFoster a collaborative environment that balances creativity with accountability and deliveryPartner with internal teams (marketing, account, product, leadership) to align creative with business objectivesFacilitate ideation and concept development sessionsClient & Stakeholder EngagementPresent creative concepts, updates, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholdersSupport proposal development, including scope, timelines, and resourcingEnsure alignment between creative execution and approved scope, including budget awarenessBuild and manage relationships with external partners, freelancers, and vendorsMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, including at least 2 years within a creative or integrated marketing agencyStrong project management experience, with the ability to oversee complex, multi-channel initiativesProven experience managing, mentoring, and developing creative teamsSolid understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and creative execution across digital and printProficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and project management toolsExperience working directly with clients, including scope management and creative presentationsDemonstrated ability to translate business goals into effective creative strategies, including budgeting and client managementStrong presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting creative concepts to stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with flexibility and adaptabilityPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or closely related field.Experience leading, mentoring, and developing creative teams with a focus on growth and performanceSkills/Abilities:Ability to translate business objectives into creative concepts.Ability to lead and develop high-performing creative teams.Ability to collaborate, communicate, and prioritize.Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.Ability to ensure creative quality and brand consistency.An innovative and motivational mentality.Excellent problem-solving skills.What We OfferComprehensive Benefits Package – including 100% employer-paid Health & Vision Insurance.401K Matching – Invest in your future with company contributions.Paid Time Off – Enjoy time off for yourself.Growth & Professional Development – Work in a dynamic, creative environment with opportunities for advancement.Join our team and be part of an innovative, fast-paced agency where your leadership will make a measurable difference!
