The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to provide top-notch support to our customers. Experience with Consumer Electronics such as Smart Locks and smart Devices such as Doorbells, Cameras, and CCTV is a must! Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional omnichannel (voice, chat, web and email) support to Consumer Electronics' direct and retail partner customers- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network configuration and connectivity problems- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues promptly- Document all technical inquiries and solutions in the ticketing system- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution of issuesRequired Skills:- Proficiency in troubleshooting Smart Home devices such as doorbell, camera, CCTV or has smart home devices at home- Experience with smart lock device setup and troubleshooting- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools such as Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar ticketing systems- Strong understanding of Office applications- Ability to diagnose and resolve computer hardware issues- Has Call Center Support experience is a MUSTNice-to-Have Skills:- Previous experience in IT or Technical support roles experience in a call center support set upJoin us in a dynamic work environment where your technical expertise will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive team setting.Office Address: Corporate Drive Irving, Texas 75039Office Hours: Mondays-Fridays: 7AM-6PM PSTSaturdays and Sundays: 7AM-3:30PM PST
