The ideal candidate will hold a CST certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) and have relevant surgical experience to contribute effectively in our surgical team.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nAssist in the preparation and maintenance of the sterile field.\nFacilitate surgical procedures by providing appropriate instruments and supplies.\nCollaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care.\nParticipate in the cleaning and sterilization of surgical instruments.\n\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n\nCurrent CST certification from NBSTSA required at the time of submission.\nStrong experience in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular surgical procedures.\nMust have valid state licensure or eligibility.\n\n\nWhy ARMStaffing?\nAt ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
