Proposal Writing. Develop and manage compliant, persuasive proposal content aligned to win strategy. Integrate inputs into a clear, consistent narrative; ensure quality and adherence to requirements. Create accurate, detailed proposal narratives covering technical solutions and commercials. Translate complex concepts into clear, customer-focused language aligned with requirements. Tactical Proposal Management & Execution. Own end-to-end proposal delivery (scope, schedule, quality) per schedule. Manage work and cross-team dependencies (tasks, timelines, dependencies)Coordinate approvals and prepare gate review materials. Ensure proposal responses align with win strategy, solution, and pricing targets. Maintain artifacts and track assumptions and changes. Improve processes, templates, and best practices.
