Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to keep lawns lush and healthy Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements with precision and care Utilize hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely and effectively for trimming, pruning, planting, and general upkeep Operate machinery such as excavators or snow plows during appropriate seasons to support site maintenance needs Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments to promote safety and growth Support irrigation system installation, inspection, and repairs to ensure efficient watering of landscaped areas Assist with construction projects involving hardscape features like patios or walkways to enhance outdoor aesthetics Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping equipment and hand tools Experience with lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing, and weed control Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques such as pruning, planting, irrigation, and snow plowing Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor settings Prior experience in gardening or horticulture is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in different weather conditions including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintenance tasks Join us in delivering outstanding landscape maintenance services that transform outdoor spaces into vibrant retreats!
