Cafeteria Assistant Manager (2026-2027 School Year)

Assistant Cafeteria ManagerTo serve students attractive and nutritious meals in an atmosphere of efficiency, cleanliness, and warmth. Essential duties include receiving, storing, pre-preparing, serving, meal count/cash collection, sanitation, inventory, and physical effort. Work in warm and noisy kitchens, exposed to steam, fumes, and cooking odors. Responsible for operating dangerous pieces of equipment. Perform any duties and assume any responsibilities as assigned by the school food service manager.Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, previous food service experience, and preferred previous school food service experience and quality food production experience.The physical demands include standing, reaching, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
