Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Leader role based in Honolulu, HI. The successful candidate will oversee and guide the development and execution of strategic campaigns tailored to clients’ needs. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, driving marketing and communications strategies, and ensuring success in meeting project goals. The role requires advanced planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills to foster an environment of innovation and collaboration. Qualifications Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a dynamic, cross-functional team effectively.Strategic communication expertise, including Public Relations, Marketing, and Branding acumen.Experience in project management, with proficiency in developing and executing successful campaigns.Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to address clients' needs and challenges.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Honolulu, HI.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.Familiarity with the local business landscape and global market trends is highly desirable.Proficiency in presentation development and tools such as MS Office and other business software.
