Human Resources Manager

We’re hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead a high-volume HR function supporting a large onsite workforce. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team of HR coordinators and generalists, serving as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters, and ensuring consistent, compliant HR practices across multiple employment types.Location & ScheduleNew Albany, OH (splitting time between onsite in New Albany and an office in Pataskula)Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesLead and develop an HR team of 5+ (coordinators and generalists); provide coaching, guidance, and escalation supportSupport a high-volume onsite workforce (hundreds of employees), ensuring strong HR presence and responsivenessManage and resolve HR investigations end-to-end, ensuring consistency, documentation, and appropriate outcomesOversee compliance and administration related to:FMLAADAWorkers’ CompensationReligious accommodationsSupport and advise leaders on HR practices across full-time and contract employment typesServe as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues and risk-sensitive situationsQualifications10–12+ years of Human Resources experience3+ years of dedicated HR management experienceProven experience managing an HR team of 5+Experience supporting large, high-volume teams with hundreds of employees onsiteStrong working knowledge of religious accommodations, FMLA, ADA, and Workers’ CompensationDemonstrated ability to lead investigations from intake through closure and coach junior HR team membersPreferredHR experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environmentsBilingual (Spanish or French) — preferred, not required
