Kitting Associate - General Warehouse

Job Description TMC Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Kitting Associates to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, organizing, and preparing kits of materials or products according to company specifications. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pmKey Responsibilities:Assemble kits by gathering and packaging required components based on work orders or instructionsVerify accuracy of items, quantities, and product quality before packagingLabel, seal, and prepare kits for storage or shipmentMaintain organized inventory and report shortages or discrepanciesFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentAssist with receiving, stocking, and inventory counts as neededCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targetsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse, assembly, or kitting experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamBasic math and counting skillsAbility to stand, lift, and move materials (up to [insert weight, e.g., 30–50 lbs]) for extended periodsPreferred Skills:Familiarity with inventory management systemsExperience using handheld scanners or warehouse technologyStrong time management and problem-solving abilitiesWork Environment:Warehouse or distribution center settingMay involve standing, walking, and repetitive tasksExposure to varying temperatures depending on facilityThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, hands-on environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.TMC Workforce Solutions2313 West Sam Houston Parkway North Suite 155Houston, Texas 77043Company DescriptionOur mission is to find qualified talent to fill job vacancies in a timely and cost effective manner.
