Elsky, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctorate, the organization benefits from his extensive expertise and contributions to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Behavioral Learning Network partners with various insurance agencies, school districts, and Regional Centers to deliver effective and tailored services. Role Description The Behavioral Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Los Angeles, CA. As a Behavioral Technician, you will work directly with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, implementing behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a qualified behavior analyst. Responsibilities include conducting ABA-based interventions, collecting data, recording progress, and providing feedback to the supervising clinician. Cooperation with families, caregivers, and other team members is essential to supporting clients' progress. Qualifications Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.Experience or knowledge of Behavioral Intervention techniques and practices.Background in Psychology or a related field is strongly recommended.Compassion, patience, and the ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities are highly desirable.High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.Ability to pass a background check and clearances as required by local, state, or federal policies.
