Practice HighlightsNo call, weekends, or holidays enjoy a great work-life balanceAverage 15-18 patients per day, allowing time for quality patient careDedicated 1:1 nursing support for seamless workflowScribe eligible after six months to enhance efficiencyFull Lab and Radiology servicesTeaching and mentorship opportunities with residents and medical studentsRecruitment Package Two-year guaranteed salary floor + production incentive & bonus potential Sign-on bonus Student loan reimbursement (PSLF-eligible) Monthly stipend available during residency CME and relocation reimbursement Generous time off: 30 days annually (with increases over time), 5 CME days, and 8 holidays
