Fisher Barton values our 3C's Culture, working every day to execute Customer Excellence, A Culture of Fairness, and Community Involvement.At Level 2, You will:Adhere to Fisher Barton Safety and Quality procedures and regulations and business code of ethicsProduce product by following work instructionsGauge parts and read blueprintsRecognize when an insert/product goes out of tolerance, stop process, and change insertsFollow check sheets and using measurement instruments to verify parts are manufactured to customer specificationsMachine parts to printLoad feed mechanism and change inserts when necessaryCross train other team members on CNC machine operationsMaintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance, following manufacturer's operating instructions, and maintaining gears with way lubeTroubleshoot equipment malfunctions and escalating issue as neededMaintain housekeeping and 5S in the work areaCollect and remove recyclable chips and shavings and transports to reclaiming areaMaintaining all documentation as requiredThe above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.
