We’re currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Home Staging Consultant to join our team and transform properties into market-ready showpieces. Responsibilities: Collaborate with homeowners, agents, and design teams to stage homes for sale Select and arrange furniture, decor, and accessories to enhance property appeal Provide on-site staging and styling services Create customized staging plans based on property layout and target market Offer recommendations for minor repairs, paint colors, and lighting enhancements Manage inventory of staging materials and coordinate delivery/pickup as needed Maintain awareness of interior design trends and local real estate market Requirements: Previous experience in home staging, interior design, or real estate preferred Strong visual and spatial design skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Comfortable with technology, learn virtual photo staging software Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Reliable transportation and ability to lift/move staging materials Flexible schedule, including availability for short-notice staging needs Preferred Qualifications: Degree or certification in Interior Design or related field Portfolio of past staging or design work Familiarity with real estate photography and marketing Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
