Starting Pay: $20/hour + commission for booked recurring clients

What You’ll Be Doing
· Answering incoming inquiries and converting leads into booked clients
· Scheduling cleanings and building efficient technician routes
· Communicating with clients by phone, text, and email
· Handling reschedules, cancellations, and day-to-day changes
· Coordinating with technicians and supporting the field team
· Coordinating and attending in-home walkthroughs for new and existing clients
· Supporting estimates and job setup
· Tracking scheduling and sales numbers/stats
· Helping maintain systems, organization, and daily flow
Community + Networking (Important Part of This Role!)
This position includes representing The Finest Kind Cleaning in the community by attending Chamber of Commerce meetings, local networking events, and client walkthroughs. We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and being a friendly, professional face for our business.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
