Our team values strong supplier relationship management and a collaborative approach to business partnering.ResponsibilitiesLead sourcing strategies that align with business, financial, risk, quality, regulatory, and supply objectives.Oversee supplier relationships, performance measurement, and ensure governance aligned with organizational targets.Execute high-impact sourcing activities including category assessment, RFx processes, contract negotiations, and preferred supplier program establishment.Monitor compliance with sourcing policies and processes, provide stakeholder communication and training, and report exceptions or deviations as required.RequiredDemonstrated experience in strategic sourcing within pharmaceutical or biotech R&D categories and strong expertise in the discipline.Proven track record of executing R&D sourcing projects that deliver preferred or strategic partnerships.Experience interacting with senior level stakeholders and suppliers, driving compliance and quality.Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sciences, or relevant technical field.About SSI People: With over 26 years of industry experience, SSi People has built its reputation and expertise on putting people first.
