Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at Quadrum Gallery located in Chestnut Hill, MA. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, sharing extensive knowledge about the gallery’s unique jewelry collection, assisting with inventory management, and contributing to the overall presentation and organization of the gallery. The Sales Associate will also support special events, collaborate with the team to meet sales goals, and help ensure a welcoming and inspiring environment for customers. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectivelyKnowledge or passion for fine jewelry, art, or design is a plusDemonstrated ability in sales, customer service, or client-facing rolesStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailAbility to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment, with a collaborative team-oriented mindsetExperience with inventory management and retail technology is a bonusA high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or coursework in design, art, or related fields is a plus $20-28/hr
