Responsibilities include providing therapeutic massages tailored to client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, or Shiatsu techniques. The role also involves consulting clients to discuss their goals, addressing stress management and tension relief. Establishing a positive client experience through excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the massage therapy area is key.
