We are out-of-network with all insurance companies except for Medicare Part B. We were founded in 2022 on the principles of quality and individualized healthcare. Our team of concierge physical therapists are licensed healthcare professionals who provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes or other preferred locations. With direct access becoming a reality in Missouri, RMPT is in a unique position to further integrate its physical therapy services to provide great care to a greater number of individuals.  About our Ideal Candidate:We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist who is self-driven, motivated, energetic, and passionate about helping individuals achieve their physical goals and improving their quality of life. . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of patients with neuro/musculoskeletal dysfunction along with appropriate physical therapy treatment to achieve maximal functional outcome. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to assess their physical condition, create personalized treatment plans, and help them achieve their goals using exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities. About the Opportunity:·       Developing and monitoring a personalized treatment plan for the client ·       Educating clients on proper body mechanics, ergonomics, and injury prevention techniques.·       Collaborating with other healthcare professionals involved in the client's care.·       Providing exceptional customer service and personalized care to clients, ·       Maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment for clients, ·       Learning the latest research and techniques in physical therapy, and continuing education to maintain licensure and professional development.·       Being part of a team that embraces inclusivity and collaboration. Minimum Qualifications:·       A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution·       Current state license as a Physical Therapist·       Effective verbal communication which supports professionalism with clients, business partners, and team members·       Attention to detail to complete accurate records necessary for client progress, treatment plans, and legal standards.·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.·       Experience working with patients with a variety of physical conditions.
