Volunteer: Partnership Outreach Coordination

This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.Organize outreach tracking, follow-up systems, and relationship-management workflows to centralize partnership communications and status. Help define a repeatable process for confirmations, materials collection, and partner coordination; specific tools and fields will be decided with volunteers.By improving partnership workflows and follow-up, volunteers will help the festival better connect filmmakers, celebrities, nonprofits, and influencers to amplify purpose-driven media. This support strengthens programming coordination and audience engagement, advancing Miracle Makers’ mission to empower creators to make eternal impact.The team has outreach materials, sponsorship decks, branding assets, and active conversations ready.
