This pivotal role requires you to lead the planning, execution, and seamless delivery of critical internal and external initiatives. Success hinges on a proven ability to deliver high-profile projects, meet tight deadlines, and achieve successful outcomes against defined KPIs. You will have exceptional marketing strategy acumen, a deep understanding of licensed properties. You will also have demonstrated experience in developing and delivering ROI for major partnerships and how to measure and report out on sports and experiential campaigns.This role reports to the VP of Brand and Creative and is part of the larger Brand Marketing function that includes Brand Design, Brand Voice and Storytelling, Brand Content, Brand Operations, Customer Marketing, and Web Experience.What You'll DoStrategic Leadership and Brand ExecutionCollaborate, develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies (B2B, B2C, creative and digital) that align all partnership activities with core business, marketing and product objectivesAnalyze marketing data to implement and adjust strategies, ensuring core objectives are metPartnership Management and Stakeholder RelationsServe as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Olympic and Paralympic partnershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with critical internal and external stakeholders, including LA28, USOPP, USOPC, NGBs, athletes, agencies and vendorsManage all contractual assets and agreements including those with Olympic and Paralympic athletes and National Governing Bodies (NGBs)Facilitate effective communication, manage stakeholder timelines and address exceptions promptlyTransform the Movement's performance and unlock new revenue opportunities through the effective use of data and AIProject and Financial OversightLead cross-functional teams in executing deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall Games objectivesDevelop, manage and monitor comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation and risk assessmentsOversee all logistical planning and execution (e.g., hospitality) and develop contingency plans to ensure operational continuityManage project budgets, track expenditures, provide financial reports and optimize resource utilization for cost controlEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and standardsTeam Development and ManagementLead and mentor a junior team member, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaborationDefine clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and implement professional development plans to support team member growth and skill enhancementManage daily operations, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the team meets project deadlines and strategic objectivesWhat You'll Bring8+ years of experience in marketing and management, specifically within the sports and entertainment industryEssential Expertise:Deep Industry Experience: Direct, proven experience working with large-scale sporting events is requiredExecution and ROI: A track record of successfully delivering high-profile projects within tight deadlines and budget constraints with the ability to measure and optimize the marketing investmentStrategic Acumen: Strong business acumen, a results-oriented approach to achieving partnership goals, and the ability to effectively interface with and present to executive managementCampaign Mastery: Strong understanding of marketing campaigns and best practicesCore Skills:Leadership: Proven people management skills and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively across teamsProject Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProblem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skillsPreferred Skills And EducationBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related fieldExperience with Wrike, Google Office Suite, SlackWill accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or trainingLET'S DO THIS!The Snowflake Brand Marketing team is a tight-knit, and dynamic group of creators and makers responsible for shaping the future of the Snowflake brand.
