This role is responsible for the syndication of data and content to key retailers, trading partners, and content aggregators. This role works with leading PIMs, DAMs and CMSs as applicable and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and clients to maintain best-in-class and compliant data and content. The Omni Client Services Associate has a strong understanding of various retail platforms’ requirements and content capabilities to execute assigned projects. The Omni Client Services Associate works in a matrix environment to support multiple clients and projects. This is an entry-level, individual contributor role that will make an impact by supporting timely and thorough project completion.What are we looking for?Applicants are required to have the following qualifications and experience:Recent or upcoming Bachelor’s Degree with a preferred concentration major in Business, Digital Marketing or Data Analytics and a minimum 3.0 GPA.Internship or Co-op experience in a related field is strongly preferred.Technical savviness, with the ability to learn and navigate all key systems, tools, and technologies needed to perform effectively in role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including ability to create basic formulas and sort and manage data utilizing tools including V-Look ups.Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to provide status updates and share information in an informative, visually professional presentation.Ability to communicate confidently and effectively both written and verbally with internal and external stakeholders.Highly detailed oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and strong planning, time management and organizational skills.Has a growth mindset and thrives in an agile and fast-paced work environment with autonomy to drive outcomes.Highly intellectually curious about the changing digital landscape and pivoting towards future client and company needs.Core ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Under supervision, action and syndicate digital shelf content from leading PIMs, DAMs, and CMSs to trading partners via identified best processes; trouble shoot and action to completion.Analyze wide variety of data to effectively draw conclusions and make recommendations.Communicate and capture status updates on project tasks per systems of record. Proactively communicate project statuses to appropriate stakeholders throughout assigned projects/tasks and upon completion.Participate in client project meetings, as needed. Proactively capture critical project management information, ownership, and next steps.Analyze project requirements; test outputs to deliver compliant data files.Stay current with features and capabilities of retailers and tools; share updates and learnings with team in appropriate systems. Identify and share channel schema updates, communicate mapping updates needed.Manage own assigned tasks within company project management system for multiple, concurrent projects for adiverse portfolio of clients; ensure all assigned responsibilities are accurately performed, tracked and completed on time.Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Actively participate in team meetings, project meetings and training sessions.Collaborate and communicate internally with team members to understand challenges, identify solution options, learn from past experiences, and drive innovative solutions.‍‍How can you *Grow with Gournay*?With defined career paths for advancement and opportunities for cross-training, we encourage employees to grow within our organization.
