Help design and implement how AI transforms how we hire at scale. We are seeking an AI & Innovation Intern with demonstrated experience applying AI tools to real-world problems. This role will partner directly with Talent Acquisition leadership to prototype, test, and scale AI-driven solutions across the recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate engagement to workflow automation. This is not a traditional HR internship. It's an opportunity to build, experiment, and deliver tangible impact in how a modern TA function operates. What You'll Work OnDesign and test AI-driven solutions across sourcing, screening, and candidate engagementBuild prototypes and automations using AI and workflow tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, etc.)Identify inefficiencies in current recruiting processes and deploy AI solutions to improve speed, quality, and experienceEvaluate emerging AI tools and determine practical applications within Talent AcquisitionAnalyze outcomes and provide data-backed recommendations on what should scalePresent findings and solutions directly to TA leadership and recruiting teams What You'll GainHands-on experience applying AI in a business-critical functionDirect exposure to TA strategy and innovation at scaleOpportunity to build solutions that are implemented, not just researchedVisibility with senior leadership and influence on future-state recruiting models QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Product, or a related fieldDemonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools to solve real problems (academic, personal, or professional)Experience building automations, workflows, or prototypes using AI or no-code/low-code toolsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate AI capabilities into business use casesAnalytical mindset with the ability to evaluate impact and effectiveness of solutionsStrong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly and concisely Who You AreYou don't just use AI, you build with itYou have a high level of intellectual curiosity with a bias toward actionYou've experimented with automations, agents, or workflow toolsYou naturally look for ways to improve and streamline processesYou're comfortable moving quickly from idea → prototype → recommendation Impact By the end of this internship, you will have designed and implemented at least one AI-driven solution that improves how we attract, engage, or hire talent.
