What You’ll Do: As a BCBA at Learning ARTS, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, training caregivers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services to individuals with autism. A Typical Day in the Life of a BCBA at Learning ARTS: · Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis. · Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and direct support staff. · Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress towards treatment goals. · Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across various environments. · Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data- driven decisions. · Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and trainings to promote professional development and collaboration. · Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client progress and services provided. Qualifications: · Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. · Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. · Strong knowledge of the principles of applied behavior analysis and experience in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans. · Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to guide decision-making and treatment planning. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, families, and other professionals. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
