Position Summary: We are seeking individuals with a high level of enthusiasm for specialty pet products and pet health. Working in a Pet Planet health store is a multi-faceted position that includes providing excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance/merchandising standards and upholding the highest ethics around pet health and welfare. You are a professional that takes pride in your positive attitude and exceeding the expectations of your customers. You also routinely look for personal development and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: · Drive results through the in-store experience and customer service. · Support the store manager in coaching and training team members to elevate individual's skill set. · Welcome customers, build loyal relationships, ask questions, listen to their needs, and provide accurate and objective information to help them make the best decision for their pets. · Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. · Proficient in cash handling and POS functions. · Maintain merchandising standards and keep the store environment clean and inviting. · Build productive relationships with both customers and co-workers.
