You'll represent Reece on the road and at delivery points, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service and reliability. This is a local delivery role where you'll be home every night. As a Delivery Driver, you will be empowered to safely transport materials to keep our communities safe by ensuring customers receive the materials they need to provide clean water and heating/cooling.Specific duties include:Safely operate a DOT-regulated vehicle (10,00126,000 lbs GVWR)Deliver materials to customer sites, shops, and branchesLoad, unload, and secure materials properly for transportVerify orders and ensure delivery accuracyMaintain inventory control and proper documentationFollow all DOT regulations and company safety standardsProvide excellent customer service at every stopSupport warehouse or branch operations as neededMost importantly, you will deliver high quality customer service and professionalism!What you need to succeed:21+ years of ageValid Class C driver's licenseClean driving record and backgroundAbility to meet DOT regulations and requirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentWhat you can learn or develop on the job:Knowledge of DOT regulationsProduct knowledge for assigned business lineSkills and knowledge to advance your career into leadership or sales opportunitiesAdditional physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job during the assigned work hours. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:$16.90 - $24.60In this role you may be eligible for additional contributions to your total rewards package like commission, profit sharing, or an annual bonus.
