Daycare Director

Daycare Director Seeking an experienced Daycare Director who will direct the affairs of a new Christian Learning Center for 85 children. Responsibilities include oversight and management of the Center, hiring, training, development and supervision of the staff; budget development/management; development of strategic and operational plans for the Center, and increasing and maintaining Center enrollment. Individual must have experience in Early Childhood Education and must possess the leadership skills necessary to create a "Best in Class" Center. Must have a passion for the nurture and development of children including their skills and character. Must be well versed in Christian beliefs and principles. **Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's Degree Preferred Requirement for All Child Care Center Employees Must be willing to submit to and pass necessary fingerprinting and background checks in accordance with New Jersey Child Care licensing requirements.
