Must be prepared to see 33 though. 8hr shift up to 30 scheduled, with typical no show rate 21. Must be prepared to see 30 though.Additional Providers/Support Staff: MA's & Support StaffEMR System(s): EpicLic/Certs: Active CA Lic | BLS | DEABC/BE: BCCredentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks after accepting assignmentStart Date: ASACDuration: 3 month commitment required, w/ option to extend preferred.Shift: 4-10's w/ Tuesday offHousing/Travel: All InclusivePay Structure: BidNotes: 1hr for chart completion daily | First week orientation will be 5x8's regardless of regular schedule and may include multiple sites |Required Exp: One-year Locums experience along with one-year experience in an FM setting managing routine checkups, chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension), and preventive care. Providers must be able to see Newborns to Geriatric patients. Any missing skills/procedures or limitations on seeing certain patients must be disclosed prior to presentation.
