Sales Manager

Job Summary We are a young landscaping/home exterior company looking to bring on a sales manager to help our small company grow. We do window washing, Christmas lights, power washing, and landscaping. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the market, and a passion for customer service. This role requires an individual who can effectively negotiate deals, develop new business opportunities, and manage key accounts while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Pay is negotiable, commission involved. Duties Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients. Oversee account management to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Qualifications Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in technology sales or related fields. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Demonstrated ability in business development and account management. Exceptional analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer feedback. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
