Commercial Hvac Project SupervisorLead commercial HVAC installation projects and replacement work Supervise and support field crews and apprentices Read and interpret blueprints, plans, layouts, and mechanical drawings Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower for each phase of the job Measure and submit duct fittings for fabrication Ensure work is completed according to code, safety, and quality standards Communicate effectively with Project Managers, supervisors, general contractors, and team members Identify and communicate jobsite issues, delays, or changes in a timely manner Help keep projects on schedule and progressing efficiently Maintain organized, safe, and professional jobsites Experience leading commercial HVAC projects and field crews Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and ductwork installation Basic knowledge of current mechanical codes Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and symbols Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well with general contractors, coworkers, and apprentices Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 1+ years of experience running commercial projects or replacements Basic understanding of project flow and the construction process Experience planning manpower and organizing materials for efficient project execution High School / GED, HVAC Certification / Trade School 1+ year running commercial projects or replacements First (Day) 1 $40.00 - $50.00 / Hourly 55901 On-site 9315 Full Time Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, Tool Allowance, Profit Sharing dkuphal@calltonna.com
