🚀 Senior DevOps Engineer 📍 New York, NY (Hybrid/Onsite) 💼 Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design and evolution of enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines across on-premise and cloud environments (AWS/Azure). This is a high-impact role focused on DevSecOps, automation, scalability, and reliability, supporting mission-critical applications in a regulated environment.You will collaborate with engineering, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, compliant, and highly available systems while driving modernization initiatives.What You’ll Do✔ Architect and scale CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI ✔ Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible ✔ Manage and optimize Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) clusters (security, scaling, service mesh) ✔ Lead DevSecOps initiatives (SAST/DAST, secrets management, compliance automation) ✔ Design highly available, multi-region cloud architectures on AWS/Azure ✔ Implement observability & monitoring (Grafana, ELK, Datadog) ✔ Drive microservices transformation from legacy systems ✔ Enforce Policy-as-Code and governance frameworks ✔ Mentor engineers and establish DevOps best practicesRequired Skills & Experience🔹 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles 🔹 Strong expertise in AWS and/or Azure 🔹 Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible (IaC) 🔹 Deep knowledge of Kubernetes & Docker 🔹 Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) 🔹 Strong understanding of DevSecOps & security tooling (SonarQube, Fortify, BlackDuck, Xray) 🔹 Programming/scripting experience (Python, Go, or Ruby) 🔹 Strong Linux, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S) fundamentals 🔹 Experience in regulated environments / Secure SDLCPreferred Qualifications⭐ Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD) ⭐ Experience with SOC2, OIDC, encryption standards ⭐ Experience supporting high-traffic production systems
