Program SupervisorLocation: Duluth, MN, Minnesota, USEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: $58,000/yearRole OverviewA healthcare and human services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Program Supervisor to support the administration and coordination of its community-based programs. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate client and program records, coordinating referrals and authorizations, and ensuring documentation is completed accurately, securely, and on time.The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working with confidential information, and able to coordinate effectively with clinical, administrative, and care teams.ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date client and program records.Process referrals, authorizations, and related documentation in a timely manner.Coordinate with clinical, care, and administrative teams to support program operations.Enter and maintain information in electronic health record and administrative systems.Prepare reports and documentation required for program management and compliance.Organize, file, and retrieve confidential client records.Ensure documentation follows HIPAA requirements and applicable organizational policies.Assist with internal and external audits by providing accurate records and supporting documentation.Monitor administrative processes to identify errors, delays, or opportunities for improvement.Provide ongoing administrative support to ensure efficient program operations.Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.QualificationsExperience in healthcare, human services, administration, records management, or a related field preferred.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.Experience with electronic health record or database systems preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Working knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.Commitment to quality service, compliance, and client-centered care.Benefits & GrowthSupportive and inclusive work environment.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Training and resources to strengthen administrative and program-management skills.Opportunity to contribute to quality healthcare and human services programs.
