Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chef role based in Boston, MA. The Chef will be responsible for menu development, preparing high-quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring that food safety standards are consistently upheld. Daily tasks include cooking, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, sourcing fresh ingredients, and collaborating with the management team to deliver remarkable experience that reflects Lulu Green’s values. The Chef will also oversee food presentation and ensure timely service. Qualifications Extensive culinary skills, including menu development, meal preparation, and understanding flavor profilesExperience in leading kitchen teams, maintaining inventory, and sourcing high-quality, fresh ingredientsStrong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and maintaining a clean kitchen environmentExcellent time management and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen settingAbility to adapt to diverse menu requirements, show creativity in food presentation, and maintain consistency in qualityPrevious experience as a Chef in a restaurant, catering, or similar hospitality settingCulinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferredPassion for sustainable, locally sourced, and high-quality ingredients
