Join us for an Outpatient Primary Care Opportunity! Location: near West Hartford Join a well-established and innovative primary care team in Connecticut, where patient-centered care is at the forefront. We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to provide exceptional care within a supportive and collaborative environment. Position Details: Setting: 100% office-based outpatient primary care Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only Teaching Opportunities: Optional with faculty appointment On-Call Duty: Phone call only, averaging 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months Compensation: Competitive guaranteed base salary with uncapped incentive bonus, loan repayment support, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance Benefits: Generous paid time off plus all company holidays Paid CME time off with a CME budget, including reimbursement for professional licenses and dues Comprehensive retirement plan with a substantial match Family care benefits, including emergency back-up care Voluntary benefits such as tuition programs, insurance options, identity theft protection, legal services, and pet insurance Opportunities for optional moonlighting/per diem work in hospital or urgent care settings Requirements: Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine Preferred Qualifications: Two or more years of post-training practice experience Living in Connecticut offers a high quality of life, with easy access to major cities such as New York and Boston.
