Job Description:
Key Skills and Requirements :
Min 5+ years in experience Microsoft Enterprise Agreement process, Microsoft renewal and True-up process
Min 5+ years’ Experience in Microsoft Pricing, Licensing and Contracts formulation, administration
Min 5+ Experience in working with Microsoft licensing sellers/resellers for Microsoft Office 365 and other key Microsoft enterprise applications
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet's
Excellent time management and organization skills
Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
Support in PST time zone
Roles and Responsibilities - Microsoft Licensing & Contract Administrator
Assist in overall MS Enterprise Agreement and licensing process
Work with Client advisor to help in Client's key contacts and stakeholders involved in the MS renewal and True-up process
Work with client advisor in Overall budget
Creating timeline and sharing with Client's key contacts and stakeholders
Ensuring timeline is met and provide status updates to Client advisor
Work with Microsoft Licensing seller, resellers & Advisor to create relevant documentation
Reconciling Client reservations monthly and at True-up (any reservation made throughout the year that has not been paid for)
Providing product true-up quantities to Client's Microsoft license reseller/seller
Working with Client's Microsoft license reseller/seller to put pricing together for True-up
Provide final quantities and pricing to Client's Advisor
Provide pricing to Client's key contacts and stakeholders
Qualifications
Strong experience in contract administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to handle pricing negotiations effectively
Exceptional communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $49.55 - $59.68 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
