CNC Laser Operator

Job TitleQualifications & Skills:Previous experience operating CNC laser cutting machines in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of CNC programming, machine setup, and operational adjustmentsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawingsProficient with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measuresKnowledge of material types, thicknesses, and grain direction preferredAbility to stand for extended periods during the shiftTeam-oriented, dependable, and able to meet daily production schedulesJob Duties:Set up, operate, and adjust CNC laser cutting machines according to work instructions and customer specificationsLoad raw material sheets, unload finished parts, and manage scrap materialMonitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiencyInspect parts throughout production using appropriate measuring tools and documentationPerform basic machine maintenance, nozzle changes, and lens cleaning as requiredFollow all safety procedures related to laser operation, material handling, and shop equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaBenefits:Paid holidaysPaid vacationHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company match
