Huge client of ours - have 4 Hospitalists here and 1 Pulm CC provider. Hourly +Travel Expenses Hospital Credentialing: 4 weeks on average, will emergency credential for this situation Provider must have 3 supervisor references within the last year. Start: ASAP - NOV 10 End: JAN 5Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8-5 PM in clinic + will be added to OR schedule 1:2 call schedule during the week (night call) 1:4 weekend call schedule (1 weekend/month)Patient Volume: 30Procedures: Bread and butter (no robotics) EMR: Meditech License: KY required Certifications: Board Certified is required Additional Info: Make sure to send a CV that has COMPLETE work history, and they must have 3 references within the last year in order to pass credentialing. NO malpractice, due to emergency credentialing (only can consider if there s a dismissed case) Must have Flu vaccination.
