As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales within a specific geographical region. You will work to identify potential customers, build relationships with them, and effectively communicate the benefits of products or services offered by the company. Additionally, you will work to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas while providing exceptional customer service. Business Development Representative responsibilities • Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory in order to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. • Identify potential customers within the territory and develop relationships with them in order to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions. • Effectively communicate service benefits to potential customers through presentations, proposals, and other sales methods. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and customer feedback in order to improve sales processes and strategies. • Collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as other operational teams to ensure a positive customer experience. • Continuously research and gather market intelligence in order to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity. • Attend job fairs, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential customers and promote the company's services. Required qualifications • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience. • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a HR related field. • Experience with sales software and CRM tools. • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
