We are currently looking for Line Cooks to work in our Williamsville, NY restaurant at 5479 Main Street, Williamsville, NY 14221. Kitchen Line Cook Job Description: Prepping food and plating dishes according to restaurant menu Maintaining sanitation standards Must ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked Prepare components of each dish on the menu Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards Clean prep area and take care of leftovers Stock inventory and supplies Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent qualification preferred but not necessary Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field preferred Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role In-depth knowledge of restaurants best practices and cooking methods Excellent communication skills Must be able to work in a team Benefits: Full-time opportunity $15.50 / hour 50% employee discount Dental plan Supplemental Health Insurance (Aflac) COVID-19 Consideration All employees are screened and must wear masks throughout the day.
